Police investigating ‘assault’ after girl ‘hit by BB gun’ in Enniskillen

POLICE are investigating after a young girl was ‘hit by a BB gun’ in Enniskillen earlier this month.

They are investigating the incident as ‘assault’. It happened on June 6 outside a premises on Old Henry Street.

Constable Sinead Corrigan said: “It was reported that a young female was hit by a BB gun while outside premises at Old Henry Street at around 8.15pm on June 6.

“We are keen to speak to anyone who noticed anything or saw a young male and two females in the area at this time. If you can help please call the 101 number, quoting reference number 11726615. Alternatively information can be passed via the independent Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.”
