Multiple motoring charges have been put to 46-year-old man following a police detection in the Clones Road area of Newtownbutler.
Garvan Swift from High Street, Newtownbutler is accused of driving with excess alcohol, having no licence or insurance and driving without due care and attention.
Offending is alleged to have occurred on January 28.
A police officer aware of the facts of the case told Enniskillen Magistrates Court the charge could be connected.
District Judge Alana McSorley remanded Swift on continuing bail to return to court on July 29.
