NW Care highlight importance of care in the community

Bad weather highlights the significance of care in the community – as provider North West Care knows all too well

IN THE week that has just past, we can all see the significance of care in the community…. adverse weather conditions are just a small part of the strains put on the elderly and vulnerable in the rural community, never mind their care individual needs.
All the more reason that it is important for you and your family to consider how a loved one may be cared for in the future.

As a regional provider of care we also have a duty of care to plan ahead and seek out those who want to make a difference. Our colleagues play a significant role providing Fermanagh residents with their required care and more, they provide them with additional comfort, a friendly face and provide peace of mind for family members.

This week we invite you and anyone you might know who would like to support and care for Fermanagh residents to join us at our regional recruitment event in Lisnaskea, and help us ensure those who need care assistance get to enjoy their own home and remain in their rightful place…as part of the community.

NW Care is holding a staff recruitment event at the Share Discovery Village on Friday 20th October from 10am to 6pm, and we would really like to meet people who care about their community and would love the opportunity to work in it. We are offering flexible rota’s for full time/part time roles, we provide full training and support, and we pay your business mileage. Due to continued expansion, we have positions available in Brookbrough, Roslea, Newtownbutler, Donagh, Maguiresbridge, Lisnaskea, Tempo and Lisbellaw.

If you can’t make the event on the 20th October please log onto www.nwcare.co.uk and download a job application.
