A Time to Care…

The importance of how a loved one may be be cared for in the future is vital for family members – regional provider North West Care are receiving increased requests to provide more help in the community.

Award winning care company, North West Care is asking members of the public across Fermanagh to consider caring for their own community, but first you should really ask yourself some important questions:

Have you ever considered how you want your care or that of a loved one to be delivered? Is it important to you that a loved one, relative or friend gets to enjoy their life in their own home? Have you every realised how important it is to plan for the future care and give your loved one a voice, especially when it comes to the care requirements they might want? Don’t leave it to others…or make decisions last minute.

By taking a moment to ask, you might find that significantly many people would love to live at their own home regardless of their personal care needs.
Due to increased public demand for care support, NW Care are receiving increasing requests to provide more help in the community and they in turn are looking to identify new team members to help deliver that care.

If you love the community you live in and would like to make a long- term difference, we would love to meet you. NW Care is run by a nursing lead management team, so they have a comprehensive understanding of the difference good quality home care makes to a client’s life, but they also firmly understand the importance of having happy, well supported staff. Currently the company is looking to recruit new care workers, full and part time in Belcoo, Letterbreen, Florence Court, Garrison, Marble Arch, and other parts of Fermanagh.

For a chance meet the team and see if you would like to join them, NW Care will be hosting an open recruitment event in the Belcoo Community Centre on the 17th November from 11am to 6pm. They will be able to offer job positions subject to the appropriate checks being passed.
