Autoline has grown by an average of at least 10% year-on-year since 2008 and opended the Enniskillen office in December 2012 with a branch manager and three staff. The first half of 2014 has seen Enniskillen year one business growth more than double with an increase of 130%. As a result of this business growth, staff numbers have increased to seven and additional office space will be required by the end of year.

Jo Jingles Music Centre

Jo Jingles is a franchise that provides a music and movement experience with an educational/therapeutic slant. The proprietor purchased the franchise for the Fermanagh and Omagh areas in 2009 and since then the business has expanded from the delivery of classes to early years children, to the development of music experiences for all age groups. The classes are carefully structured in a stimulating and secure environment where clients are taught to play percussion instruments, to sing songs and to find rhythm to move and dance to.

The long term business plan is to consolidate existing markets in schools and groups over a wider geographical base. With the recent addition of the specialist skills of the proprietor’s daughter, who holds a degree in music and sound, they intend to develop more bespoke programs.

Ensign Security

Ensign is a security installation and service business offering a wide range of quality products and services. Customers are end users such as home owners right up to councils and large organisations. They provide a 24/7 service to all contract customers and operate mainly in Northern Ireland. In the past few years the company has introduced new software and management systems which has not only helped staff, but save time, money and effort. Additionally in the last few weeks the company who provided the software has released an app, which will further help the employed engineers.

The company has experienced constant year on year growth, which has lead to more staff employment, acquiring more equipment and vehicles to deal with demand.
