Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the report of criminal damage to the Christmas tree on the Main Street area of Irvinestown, Enniskillen.

Constable Coughlin said : “It was reported that between the hours of 8.00am on Saturday 10th December and 10.00am on Sunday 11th December, damage had been caused to the Christmas tree lights located in the Main Street area of Irvinestown, Enniskillen.

We are appealing to anyone that may have any information or to anyone that may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area at the time to contact Kesh Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 427 on 12/12/16.

Or, alternatively if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
