Police in Fermanagh are investigating a report of a theft from a car in the Newtownbutler area.

Sergeant Leslie Hobson said, “A sum of cash was taken from a bag in a car which was parked in The Kids Road area on the evening of Friday, October 18th.

“We are keen to speak to anyone who noticed anything in the early hours of the morning, particularly a male of approximately 35 years wearing what appears to be a boiler suit and a black woollen hat, who was seen in the area at this time”

Police also received a report that there may have been an attempted to break into the garage of a second property on the Crom Road, Newtownbutler.
