UPDATE: Missing man yet to be found after second day of search

The search is ongoing on river Erne

The search for a missing man in Lough Erne, believed to be from County Monaghan has yet to yield any developments.

The major rescue operation which has involved  Police, the Coastguard, Fire Brigade and helicopter rescue services has been concentrated on the area around the Round O in Enniskillen since the early hours on Wednesday morning.

PSNI Boat crews from Enniskillen station are continuing the search  for a missing man with assistance from RNLI and other emergency services.

The search began after reports a male had entered the water in this area.

The search was called off  early this evening (Thursday) and it is expected to resume tomorrow morning (Friday)
