Appeal after crash claims life of GAA ‘role model’

Police officers investigating yesterday’s fatal road traffic collision in County Fermanagh which  claimed the life of a 26-year-old man are appealing for witnesses.
Dominic Earley from the Omagh area died in the single vehicle crash on the Glengesh Road in Tempo at 10am on Saturday morning.
There has been widespread shock in GAA circles following Mr Earley’s tragic death. He was a member and player with the Tattyreagh Club in Co. Tyrone and also involved with Cavan GAA.
He is survived by his family, his girlfriend Maria, relatives and friends.
Police in Enniskillen this morning issued an appeal for information into the crash. A PSNI spokesman said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have been travelling between Omagh and Tempo between 9am and 10am on Saturday or anyone who noticed Mr Earley’s silver Toyota Corolla in the area at any time prior to the collision. Please call 101, quoting reference number 399 03/06/17.”
