Enniskillen Credit Union Ltd was one of the first Credit Unions to establish in the county of Fermanagh, opening for business in August 1968.
The Credit Union has completed almost 49 years of invaluable service to our local community, providing access to affordable credit for thousands of our members living and working within Enniskillen.

We are not for profit organisation owned by its members. Given the difficult economic climate, worldwide, over the last number of years,
Enniskillen Credit Union has 5000+ members, who have savings with us at present totalling £8.1 million. Of those funds, £3.2 million are currently back out on loan to members.

Worldwide, over the last number of years, Enniskillen Credit Union Ltd was delighted to be in a position to reward the continued loyalty and support of our members with a dividend of 0.5 % on shares, and a 10% interest rebate to those members with loans.
As well as the standard savings and loans services provided by the credit union, we offer Death Benefit Insurance (DBI), which can prove to be invaluable to families at an extremely difficult period. All of these services are available at no direct cost to the member.

There are no set up or transaction fees for loans, and no early repayment fees or penalties for additional lump sum repayments towards your loan.
Young people are the future of the credit union movement, and we hope that by encouraging a regular savings habit, we can help to establish a future where they feel that Enniskillen is a good place to save and take out loans but also that they become involved as volunteers down the line.

The Credit union movement are delighted to announce O’Donovan brothers as “Youth Ambassadors” inspiring the next generation. Enniskillen Credit Union Ltd is constantly striving and changing to meet the needs of our members through the services we provide. We currently offer the ability to pay by standing order through your bank, directly to your account here, into both your savings account, and to cover loan repayments.

At the end of December last year we moved to our new spacious premises on Darling Street. We would like to thank past and present board members, volunteers and staff who have laid the foundation to allow us to serve our community for the many years to come.
