FERMANAGH folk this morning were treated to a solar eclipse.
Despite the cloudy, overcast conditions from around 9.30am to 10.30am today (Friday) many around the county were able to catch a fleeting glimpse of the sun’s vanishing act.

Watch our video showing a view over Enniskillen as the eclipse took place this morning. Unfortunately it was too cloudy in Enniskillen to see the eclipse itself however the darkening effect of day turning to night was evident for all to see.
