*Advertorial* – NORTH WEST Garden Show and sunshine are coming your way this weekend! With free advice and workshops, entertainment, fashion, live food theatre and gardening experts over the two days you won’t be disappointed in this new design show for 2014 with events for all the family to enjoy.
The show will be held on the grounds of Castlefinn Partnership Complex on May 24 and 25. Special guest this year is Jane McCorkill a Judge and mentor in RTE Super Garden and has won Gold medals in Bloom, The Organic Centre, Gareth Austen, community gardener, and a host of other gardening gurus will offer free advice and workshops over the weekend on all your gardening queries.
12 show gardens, A total of eight new show gardens this year, with seven gardens of the senses designed as a permanent feature in the Castlefinn complex. The Wilds of Donegal,a natural wildlife garden also NEW for 2014 complete with living pond life. The very popular White House garden will also be on display and this year hosts NEW Vintage Crafternoon Tea with optional crafting workshops with Edel McBride and a space to sit back relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
This year the Indoor Exhibition Arena will house our brand NEW ANTIQUE ROAD SHOW with the opportunity to have any small item appraised FREE of charge over the weekend and the established exciting Trash n Fashion event with NEW categories this year and amazing prizes for all the winners. There is also entertainment on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The new Be Energy Efficient sector is the new mantra for 2014 and arrives at a time when it is important to source money saving energy efficient concepts for your home and garden.
The eight-acre Outdoor Exhibition Arena will cater for up to 140 unique exhibitors spread right around the grounds showcasing a wide range of products and services with something to interest everyone. This will include a Traditional Market, local Craft, Live Cooking Theatre with celebrity chefs Artisan Food and Producers, Garden Challenge Area, Family Fun Zone, and much much more to keep you entertained for the entire weekend!
With the new stunning feature gardens, free demonstrations and expert advice you are bound to find something that’s designed with you in mind. The show will have plants and products galore to browse and buy whether you are a beginner or have seasoned green thumbs and with all the free workshops and advise it might just be you that is entering the gardening designer of the year next year.
Huge selection of companies on site showcasing everything you could ever want for your garden or outdoor space and a vast array of dining options for you and all the family, join them on May 24 and 25 for a great day out.
