THE EMERGENCY services have attended two fires in vacant premises on the Tempo Road, Enniskillen, believed to have been started during the course of the night.
The fires, thought to be deliberate, were attended late at night on Tuesday, and early on Wednesday morning.
The incident was reported to police at 11.57pm last night (19 November).
And there was another report of a fire at a vacant property in the same vicinity at 12.54am this morning (November 20).
A fire service spokesman said: “Firefighters attended a fire in a two storey derelict dwelling and a shed in a wooded area. The fire was well developed on arrival of Crews. Firefighters worked in difficult conditions to contain the fire due to the presence of high winds.
“The fire, which is thought to have been deliberate was dealt with at 4.43am. Substantial damage was caused to the property.
“Firefighters were also called out to a fire on the Tempo Road at 6.34am this morning and are still currently dealing with the incident, which involves a two storey dwelling opposite the property which was the first fire Crews were called out to last night.”
