Cavan 0 – 13
Fermanagh 0 – 11
IN THE END, a kick was in it.
A poor first half performance was contrasted by a strong second from Peter Canavan’s side, and, in the end they were unlucky not to come away with something.
Cavan led by four points at half time in the Ulster championship tie, however, the introduction of Kille and Corrigan for the county gave Fermanagh an extra jolt in attack.
At 0-11 apiece it could have went either way.
However, two points from Cavan’s Martin Dunne sealed the win.
