St Patrick’s P.S. Mullanaskea hosted its first art exhibition .

This idea was a culmination of efforts from the newly formed PTA and teaching staff .

This  involved both the P1. and P.2. classes producing  paintings on canvas.  Each child’s work was on display.  The parents and  family members were invited along to peruse and purchase these fabulous works of art.

This was an evening of appreciation and recognition of the budding young artists in Mullanaskea.

The proceeds will go towards school funds but more importantly each child had their wonderful pieces celebrated.

Renowned art critic Noelle McAlinden from the Western Education and Library Board was very impressed by the creativity on display and commended the sterling work in the area of the arts carried out in St Patrick’s.

New school library will massively benefit the children and their education
