A 22-year old from Irvinestown has been charged with driving with excess alcohol in his breath.
Nathan Armstrong (22) of Dorney Bridge Road appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court in connection with the charges.
It is alleged Armstrong drove vehicle on the Cules Road in Irvinestown after drinking on November 6.
Armstrong’s case will be before the court again on January 13.
