A THIRY-year-old man has appeared in court in relation to a charge of assaulting a female during an incident in the summer.
Nathan Adrian Thomas Sloan from Tullybleety Road in Aughnacloy is accused of committing the offence on June 7.
District Judge Alana McSorley agreed to adjourn the case for legal consultation and listed it for mention on December 15.
