A court report in today’s Fermanagh Herald (November 26) stated defendant Russell Elliott (41) of Aghaherrish Road was convicted of domestic abuse, as well as four other charges.
We would like to clarify that Elliott was found not guilty of two of those charges – threats to kill and threatening or abusive behaviour.
