A convicted sex-offender has been remanded in custody following his arrest for multiple new charges.
Alun Cleary (38) from Main Street, Belleek is accused of five counts of breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) which was imposed after his last convictions.
The alleged breaches consist of accessing the social media app Telegram and four counts possessing a non-approved storage device without permission
There is also a count of possessing an indecent image of a child.
Offending is alleged to have occurred on 31 May.
A detective sergeant aware of the facts of the case told Enniskillen Magistrates Court the charges could be connected.
No details surrounding the circumstances of the case were disclosed during the short hearing and there was no application for bail at this stage.
District Judge Alana McSorley remanded Cleary in custody to appear again by video-link on 30 June.
