Two alleged breaches of court order on same day

A 59-year-old man has appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court in relation to allegedly breaching a non-molestation order twice on the same day.
Patrick Joseph McTernan from Holywell Park, Belcoo is accused of committing the offences on April 3.
No further details surrounding the circumstances of the alleged breaches were disclosed except that they took place at Lattone Road, Enniskillen.
Deputy District Judge John Connolly remanded McTernan on continuing bail to return to court on 28 May.
