Driving case to move to crown court

A CASE in which it is alleged grievous bodily harm was caused to a male by dangerous driving is to move to crown court.
Dylan Taggart (26) from Millstone Drive, Irvinestown is accused of committing the offence in central Enniskillen on April 9 2024.
It is further alleged he was in possession of a quantity of cannabis.
A prosecuting lawyer told Enniskillen Magistrates Court a decision has been taken to proceed with the case on indictment.
Deputy District Judge John Connolly remanded Taggart on continuing bail to appear again for a committal hearing on May 12 when he is expected to be returned for trial.
