SOME of Tempo’s leading sportsmen are taking part in a ‘Movember challenge’ with the aim of raising money for two non-profit organisations which provide help and support to people throughout Fermanagh.
Charlie’s Bar – which is located in Main Street in Tempo – is organising the fundraising effort with a special shaving night scheduled to take place in three weeks’ time, on Friday, December 1.
A spokesperson for the pub feels it is important that men use the ‘Movember’ challenge as a platform to raise awareness and speak openly about issues such as physical and mental health.
