Enniskillen -Seasonal Saturdays Event Information 2019

FERMANAGH and Omagh District Council has organised a programme of activities for Enniskillen/Omagh town centre over the festive season. Commenting on the festive events, Chair of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Siobhán Currie, said: “Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is delighted to provide a programme of festive activities and entertainment for shoppers and visitors to Enniskillen and Omagh town centres this Christmas. I would encourage people to come along to the events and to support local businesses by ‘shopping local’ this Christmas.”

 

30 NOVEMBER – ENNISKILLEN CHRISTMAS CRAFT & FOOD FAIR

Christmas shoppers are in for a treat as Fermanagh and Omagh District Council once again hosts its Christmas Craft and Food Fair in Enniskillen on Saturday

30 November 2019.  From 10.30am – 5.00pm craft and food producers will display handcrafted festive fayre in the historic Townhall and the bustling Diamond area of Enniskillen.  The annual fair, which has become a popular event in the Christmas shopping calendar, will give shoppers the opportunity to purchase the very best of local produce and seasonal foods. To add to the festivities on the day, there will also be free street entertainment and live performances from local bands and choirs. You can also pick up a free Enniskillen Shop Local bag at the event (while stocks last).

 

14 DECEMBER – SANTA DANDER ENNISKILLEN

Enniskillen will be filled with festive cheer on Saturday 14 December 2019 from 12noon – 4.00pm with the Santa Dander in the town centre. Families will enjoy free street entertainment alongside the treasure hunt activity around Enniskillen. Participants will receive goodies for taking part and all returned activity sheets will be entered into a draw to win a special prize. Santa Dander activity sheets will be distributed to schools in the local area before the event and will be available from the Diamond on the day. Free Enniskillen Shop Local bags will be available at the event (while stocks last).
