‘We need your help! The rising flood waters are destroying our wonderful leisure suite. We have been trying our best. The flood defences have been great at holding the water back but the water has come up through the floors. Please, please, please go to our Justgiving page to donate!’

Flooding has been widespread throughout the county as a result of Storm Desmond.
