THERE WAS a scare on Lough Erne on Tuesday afternoon as a woman had to be rescued by police.
Local officers helped pull a distressed female from the water at Hillview on Tuesday afternoon.
It was reported that a woman had been seen on the jetty at around 2.12pm.

When Police arrived she had entered the water.
Officers entered the water approx. 15-20 metres from the jetty and pulled her to safety before she was transferred to hospital by ambulance.
