LIBERTY Insurance Limited and Teleperformance, have confirmed that following a period of consultation with Enniskillen based employees, management of Liberty’s contact centre services in Ireland has transferred to Teleperformance with immediate effect.
A ‘cutting of the ribbon’ took place at the Carran Business Park site on Monday of this week.
Tom McIlduff, Chief Executive of Liberty Insurance said: “Today is a very important milestone for both Liberty Insurance and our contact centre employees. Over 200 of our colleagues join an international customer management specialist that has demonstrated over the last 15 years its ongoing commitment to developing its people and operations in Northern Ireland.
“We expect our employees transferring to Teleperformance today to benefit from new opportunities, while our customers can continue to enjoy continued excellent levels of service already provided by our Enniskillen based team.”
Steven Morrow, director of operations, Teleperformance Northern Ireland, added: “Today, we welcome over 200 Enniskillen based employees into the Teleperformance family as the Fermanagh site becomes our third Northern Ireland base.
“I am confident that Enniskillen will provide an excellent platform for growth for Teleperformance in Northern following the success achieved to date in both Bangor and Newry.”
Teleperformance has been established in Northern Ireland since 2000 and employs over 2000 people across its two sites in Bangor and Newry providing customer experience management services to well-known national and international companies and public sector clients.
