TWO MEN have been arrested following the assault of a man in Enniskillen town centre in the early hours of Thursday morning.
A 21-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries, while two 19-year-old men were arrested on suspicion of causing grevious bodily harm.
The assault took place in the Diamond area of Enniskillen in the early hours of July 2, just after 1.30am.
The man’s injuries are not believed to have been life-threatening, and two men have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Inspector Roy Robinson said: “I appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information to contact police at Enniskillen on the non emergency number 101 or alternatively crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
