A FERMANAGH specialist roofing company is behind the extensive repair work to fix Stormont’s 90-year-old leaking roof at a cost of £1million.
The Lisnaskea company owner Paul Gleeson and his team will spend up to six months laying down a new roof after the current one had been causing problems on the building’s fourth floor.
The team has been rubbing shoulders with some of Stormont’s top ministers and was recently joined by Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness and Fermanagh based MLA Phil Flanagan.
It is expected to be completed by late December.
