Ballinamallard United  have  signed  27 year-old Johnny Lafferty.

Most recently with Strabane Athletic for whom he played against the Ferney Park side in the Irish Cup in January, Johnny has also played for Dergview and League of Ireland side Finn Harps and is a former member of the Tyrone GAA panel.

Ballinamallard manager Whitey Anderson has been keen to sign Johnny Lafferty for some time and he now he has finally got his man.

Lafferty follows former Strabane teammate Liam McMenamin in becoming a Mallard this year.
