Bringing 50 events and over 5,000 event attendees to the county, this year’s festival will take place from September 29 to October 5 2014.

This year’s festival includes Barry Douglas in concert; Swinging Through The Shows and Films with Bob Quick’s brass ensemble; ‘Padraig Potts’ Guide to Walking’; Jazz brunch with The Mark Bradley Quartet, plus much more.

This year’s festival programme can be found at http://www.flive.org.uk/.

The Fermanagh Arts Festival Ltd is a charitable organisation based in Enniskillen, founded in 2006.

Initially, the organisation co-ordinated the bi-annual Enniskillen Arts Festival and, in 2012, turned it into the annual Fermanagh Live Festival as it is now known.

Fermanagh Herald editor Maurice Kennedy said that the paper is ‘delighted’ to partner with the festival for the upcoming programme:

“Fermanagh Live as a festival has gone from strength to strength, especially since it evolved into an annual festival in 2012.

“The organisers have been working on a varied and accessible programme for the people of Fermanagh and further afield and I would anticipate tremendous interest in this year’s programme.
“We’ve been watching the festival’s progress over the past few years and the many local people involved deserve a lot of credit for sticking with it and making it the success that it is today. We wish the festival every success and look forward to working with the committee over the coming months. They’ve put together a brilliant programme for this year’s festival and I think we’re all in for a real treat come September,” added Mr Kennedy.
