This week up and coming country start Derek Ryan, will be appearing at the Valley Hotel, Fivemiletown this Saturday, April 26 with a night of country soul.
After touring Ireland and parts of the UK for nearly three years, the young Carlow man is back in a part of the world where he is guaranteed a warm welcome. His tour has been a big hit among all ages and apparently his hearthrob good looks have been going down particularly well with femaile country fans
Not only has Derek’s concert tour sold out in venues across the country, but he has been getting plenty of critical acclaim and this year, The Sunday World awarded the Carlow native with “’best live performer of the year”.
After the success of his DVD recording, “The Entertainer LIVE!”, Derek Ryan has decided to release a live CD, which has been flying off the shelves to say the least.
