Cian Corrigan and Morgan McNally
20 LOCAL drum students recently took part in ‘Rockschool’ examinations.
Of the 20 candidates from Enniskillen Drum School, 18 gained distinctions.
Last year, tutor Marty Jones was given the ‘Instrumental Tutor of the Year’ award by Rockschool, and the two students pictured above, Cian Corrigan and Morgan McNally received particularly pleasing results.
Cian, aged 11, got 90% in his grade 1 exam, while Morgan, aged 9, got 90% in his grade 2 exam.
They are two of the youngest in the country to score such high marks in Rockschool’s new syllabus.
