Ella eyes the crown as she heads to 2025 Miss NI final

THE countdown is on to the 2025 Miss Northern final and one contender chasing the title is 19-year-old Ella O’Donnell from Enniskillen.
Ella is a first year Biomedical Engineering student at Ulster University. She earned her spot in the final after qualifying at the second round of heats in Horatio Todds.
Speaking to the ‘Herald, Ella described her surprise and excitement at reaching the final.
“It’s really exciting and such a great opportunity,” she said. “It’s one of those things you go into without any real expectations and then suddenly it’s all happening.”
Outside the lecture room, Ella is a competitive cheerleader and has recently added Irish dancing to her growing list of talents.
The final will take place on June 2 at the popular Europa Hotel in Belfast, where 28 contestants will battle it out for the crown.
Looking ahead to the big night, Ella said, “in terms of preparation, I’m just trying to stay true to myself.
“My May schedule is pretty packed so I’m focusing on enjoying the experience and making the most of it. All the other girls have been so kind and I just feel incredibly lucky.”
