Today’s death notices for Co Fermanagh

Bernadette (Bernie) Miller, (nee Laverty) 22 Drumbeggan Road, Tullycreevy, Monea, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh. Passed away peacefully on the 11th April 2025 surrounded by her devoted family in the loving care of the staff at Gnangara Care Home. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Emmet, her children Michelle, John, Sarah and Lorraine, daughter-in-law Una and sons-in-law Fergal and Stephen. She will be forever remembered by her adored grandchildren Ciara, Joe, Lucy, Cameron, Grace, Finn, Caolan and Remy, extended family, neighbours and many friends. Bernie will be dearly missed by sister Josie, brother Vincent and is predeceased by her siblings Cahal, Angela and Martin. Bernie will be reposing at John McKeegan’s Funeral Home, 50 Mill Street, Enniskillen, BT74 6AN on Saturday 12th April from 4.00pm – 7.00pm, for those wishing to pay their respects. Removal from her family home will be on Monday 14th April at 10.30am to arrive for Funeral Mass at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Monea at 11.00am. This will be followed by a burial in the adjoining cemetery. The family home is private at all other times. St Padre Pio pray for her.

BROWN – 11th April 2025 (peacefully) at his home 50 Tattymacall Road, Lisbellaw. Albert William, beloved husband of Heather, much loved father of Tracey (Late Gary), and Tony (Myar), dearly loved grandfather of Alex, Nikki, George and Albert and brother of Eric (Valerie), Edna (George) and the late George (Liz) and late Colin (Genny). House private please. Service of thanksgiving for the life of Albert will take place on Monday at 2.30pm in Lisbellaw Parish Church, followed by burial in Tattygare Cemetery. There will be an opportunity to meet the family prior to the service from 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Pulmonary Fibrosis NI, cheques should be made payable to Pulmonary Fibrosis NI and sent to W T Morrison, Funeral Directors, Ballycassidy House, Funeral Home, 101 Killadeas Road, Enniskillen, BT94 2ES. Boles, 10th April 2025, peacefully, at the County Care Home, Enniskillen. Dorothy Mabel, late of Skeagh, Maguiresbridge. A devoted wife of the late Wilbert, a cherished mother of Roy (Jenny) and Joanne (Paul), and a dear sister of John S, Margaret, Gwen, and the late Lily, Emily, William and John A. Also a very special grandmother of Jordan, James, Adam, Bethany, Matthew and great grandmother of Archer and the late Baby Ethan. Friends and neighbours are welcome to call at Roy’s home, 32 Drumadagarve Road, Maguiresbridge, BT94 4RF, on Friday from 12.00noon. Please note; all other times are private to family only, including the morning of the funeral. A service of thanksgiving for the life of Dorothy will take place on Saturday at 2.00pm in Aghavea Parish Church, followed by interment in the adjoining Churchyard. The family will be greeting anyone attending the service on Saturday from 1.00pm on entrance to the Church. Donations in memory of Dorothy are to Aghavea Parish Church. Jean Mary, beloved wife of the late Joe, dearly loved mother of Brian (Una), Alan (Joanne) and Trudy (Robin), a devoted grandmother of Joe, Mark and Casey and sister of the late Stanley, Robert, Iris, Billy, Leslie and Maurice. Funeral from her late home on Sunday leaving at 1.30pm for service in St Macartin’s Cathedral Enniskillen at 2.00pm followed by burial in Breandrum Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Carson, 10th April 2025, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Robert John Kenneth “Ken” late of Crevenish Road, Kesh. A devoted husband of Sylvia, a much loved father of Raymond and a very special grandfather of Sophie (James) and Matthew. Also a dear brother of the late Vera. Family home strictly private please. A service of thanksgiving for the life of Ken will take place on Sunday at 2.00pm in Tubrid Parish Church, followed by interment in Devenish Parish Churchyard, Monea. Ken will be always lovingly remembered and very sadly missed by all his loving wife, Sylvia and family, his friends and neighbours. “Till we meet again.”

Seamus McGovern, 7th April 2025, suddenly. Loving husband of Nuala (nee Gallagher) and dear father of Millie, and step father of Sadhbh. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing parents, Eugene and Maureen (Nee Maguire). Adored brother of Niall (Eileen), Stephen (Aura), and Leanne (Shane). Devoted uncle to Olivia and Luan. Remains will be reposing at his home, 3 Lough View Meadows, Enniskillen, BT74 5PG, on Saturday April 12th and Sunday April 13th from 12 noon until 6pm. House strictly private at all other times please. Requiem Mass on Monday April 14th in St. Michael’s Church Enniskillen at 11am, followed by burial in Cross Cemetery. Lovingly remembered by his sorrowing wife, daughter, step daughter, parents, brothers, sister, and extended family circle.
