TWO men have appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court accused of an alleged home invasion with intent to attack the occupant.
Alvin Phair (49) from Brown’s Bridge Road, Newtownbutler and Madison Phair (25) from Coolcullen Meadow, Enniskillen are jointly charged with entering a house as a trespasser on June 15 with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm on a male and damaging his front door.
The younger defendant is further accused of assaulting the male and a female as well as stealing her mobile phone.
District Judge Alana McSorley remanded the pair on continuing bail to return to court on September 2.
