POLICE are not treating the discovery of a body in a local lake this week as suspicious.
Emergency services and police officers attended the scene at the serene surroundings of Killyfole Lough near Roslea yesterday (Tuesday).
It is understood the deceased was from Monaghan.
In a statement, the PSNI said, “Police attended a report of a sudden death in the Dernawilt Road area of Roslea on Tuesday, August 6.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.”
