15 cattle stolen in Fermanagh

FERMANAGH farmers have been urged to be vigilant after 15 cattle were reportedly stolen from the Lough Shale Road in Lisbellaw.

Police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident which is believed to have taken place between 10.30pm on Sunday (June 9) and 7.10am on Tuesday (June 11).

The majority of the 15 cattle stolen in the Lisbellaw area were Aberdeen Angus, other breeds included were Limousin, Shetland, Belted Galloway, Belgian Blue and Charlois.

Police are appealing for anyone who has CCTV footage within the area or witnessed the incident to get in touch via 101 quoting reference 901 of 11/06/24.

Information can be also provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
