Enniskillen’s real life Willy Wonka will be back at this years international market.
The Enniskilen International Market is returning to Enniskillen Castle from Friday 17 May until Sunday 19 May.
This year’s market is celebrating over 50 traders, offering food enthusiasts, families, and everyday explorers the very best international cuisine, artisanal products, and handmade goods.
Jordan Carty and his partner Tara Coyle, kick started their business ‘The Chocolate Guild’ at last year’s market and it has continued to grow from there.
“Our journey began with a passion for chocolate and a desire to create something special, after perfecting our recipes, we ventured into markets, where our unique flavours gained attention.
“The Continental market in Enniskillen holds a special place in our hearts, as it was there that we first showcased our products on a larger scale,” Jordan explained.
The Chocolate Guild pride themselves on crafting luxurious Belgian chocolate brownies and exquisite homemade truffles.
For the last two years the couple have been dedicating themselves in perfecting their signature recipes.
“Our brownies are made with care using our own personalized recipe and high-quality ingredients, including coconut oil,” he said.
“We offer over six flavours, including Salted Chocolate Hazelnut, Triple Chocolate, Belgian Milk Chocolate, Dark Delight, and Classic.
“We also provide gluten-free and dairy-free options, ensuring everyone can enjoy our treats,” he said.
The couple are looking forward to returning to the international market this year.
“We are thrilled to be attending the Continental Market in Enniskillen. It’s an opportunity for us to share our handcrafted delights with a wider audience and connect with fellow artisans and enthusiasts.
“To cater to every taste, we offer mixed boxes containing six different flavours of our brownies, whether it’s a gift or a personal treat, our mixed boxes are sure to please any palate,” Jordan added.
