LEE MARTIN is on cloud nine at finally setting off on his journey of a lifetime to America.
Lee left his home in Enniskillen yesterday to start his journey to Houston, Texas.
He is one of just 67 people in the world born with an extremely rare chromosome disorder called triploid diploid mossiaca.
During his time in America Lee will attend a special conference to help raise awareness of his syndrome and meet others with the condition. His special trip to the States may also involve an appearance on the Ellen Show. Various fundraising events helped Lee raise over £7,500 for his trip.
