A LORRY caused damage to an electricity hub at a local school on Monday – but the school says that there is no danger to the functioning of the school.
At around midday on Monday at St Michael’s College, Enniskillen, a delivery lorry reversed into the electricity hub, situated at the rear of the college and near its canteen.
While as the photo shows, damage appears to be substantial, the school has said that they are looking at the damage and that it will not affect the running of the school in the coming days.
Secretary Michael Duffy said: “We’re just assessing the damage at the moment. It was an accident a lorry reversed into an out building that that houses the electricity. We expect things to be back to normal.”
