Darts fans are in for a treat this weekend when Belcoo darter Brendan Dolan takes part in the World Matchplay Championships.
Dolan has been drawn to play Richie Burnett of Wales in the second game of the day on Sunday afternoon.
Dolan is beat known for becoming the first player to hit a nine dart finish in a double to start event which he did at the 2011 World Grand Prix.
Dolan won his first PDC ranking tournament last year. He defeated world number 110 Ricky Evans 6–3 in the final.
His second tournament win came later in the month at the final Players Championship of 2013 where he beat Jamie Robinson 6–1 in the final.
Dolan’s game on Sunday is live on Sky Sports television.
