AN ENNISKILLEN man has been sent forward to the Crown Court charged with supplying cocaine and cannabis.
David Taylor (60) of Drumbeg in the town is facing a total of 11 charges, mostly relating to drugs.
They include possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply, namely cocaine, being concerned in the supply of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, possession of Class A and Class B drugs, possessing criminal property, and transferring criminal property.
The charges related to dates in June 2021, November 2021, and April 2022.
Taylor appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates Court for a preliminary enquiry (PE) on the charges.
A representative for the Public Prosecution Service said that, based on the papers before the court, Taylor had a prima facie case to answer.
The defendant chose not to call any witnesses or tender any evidence for the purpose of the PE.
District Judge Austin Kennedy remanded Taylor on continuing bail of £500, and adjourned the case to Dungannon Crown Court on September 17.
