DEMAND for residential housing in Fermanagh continues to be strong with the ongoing development of family homes across the county.
This week, just in time for Christmas, one of the owners of a new build property in Lough View Meadows, just off the Derrygonnelly Road, Enniskillen picked up the keys to his new home.
Richard Grey was welcomed on site by Wayne Speers of developer, Newpark Homes Project and estate agent Nick Finlay of Montgomery Finlay & Co., for the official hand over of keys.
In late November Phase 4 of the popular 80-home development went on the market.
The sale of approximately 30 properties has been agreed to date. The properties range in value from £154,950 to £159,950. The remaining new owners are set to begin moving in to their new homes in early 2020.
The development has been a hive of activity over the past year and the transformation of the site has been evident for passer-by’s to witness.
Michael Lindsay, technical director of Newpark Homes, said, “We are delighted to have our first homeowner move into their new home at Lough View Meadows.
“We believe that this unique development with its very own lakes views of Kinarla Lake and expansive green space making it ideal for families as it offers countryside living but with the convenience of the local amenities and schools.”
Nick Finlay, responsible for the sale of the properties said, “It is a fantastic achievement and milestone by Newpark Homes to deliver their first home at Lough View Meadows.”
Mr Finlay remarked that home owners are impressed with the ‘dream homes’ detailed to their specifications.
