THE new, redeveloped Next store at Erneside Shopping Centre in Enniskillen will open next Thursday, October 29, at 10am.
Thirty new jobs have already been created by the development, which has been ongoing over the last three months. It is believed the extended store will be one of the largest Next premises in Ireland, a vote of confidence in Enniskillen and Fermanagh at time of tough economic challenges for the consumer industry, such as the impact of the weak Euro.
Next bosses have stated Fermanagh customers will now have more fashion ranges to choose from, a childrenswear department that is almost three times bigger, shoe rooms for women and children, and a new 10,000sqft home department. There will also be new cafe, Ground Coffee, allowing shoppers a chance to meet or rest with a warm drink and snack.
Store manager Alison Morton said: “We’re so excited to be unveiling the home department and the rest of the store extension. All departments will feel bigger and better, especially in the home department.”
The new store will be open from 9am-6.30pm Monday-Wednesday, 9am-9.30pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 1pm-6pm on Sundays. On opening day next week customers have the chance to win £500 in the Next Home give-away, if they spend £50 or more.
