THE REGAL is opening its doors for country music again on tonight (Saturday).
It hosted its first big night of country back in October – and the former Regal Cinema at Regal Pass in Enniskillen offers a large dancefloor, as well as big names in country.
And, on November 22, the venue will open its doors again.
The bill sees Curtis Magee, originally from Strabane – and the popular Box Car Brian.
Curtis Magee now resides in Coleraine and has been performing all his life and from an early age was treading the stage performing shows all over Ireland.
This coming year sees Curtis celebrate 25 years as a professional entertainer and recording artiste.
His travels have taken him to the UK on several tours per year and even further afield to Spain, Portugal, Australia and America.
Curtis is also one of Ireland’s busiest recording stars and has recorded over 30 albums and 11 DVDs in his time, covering everything from country, Irish, sing-along, gospel and Christmas.
The musician appeals to a wide audience and no matter how big or small the venue you can be sure of a great night’s entertainment.
Appearing with Curtis is the very popular Box Car Brian – one of Irelands most requested artists with his unique Box Car Willie trucking and railroad songs.
Organisers are expecting a packed house in ‘very welcoming and comfortable surroundings, offering very reasonable bar prices and a brilliant dance floor’.
Doors open at 9pm and dancing will be from 10pm – 1am.
Keep free Saturday December 27 for a special holiday dance with The Colorado Band, Cowboy Larry and Geri Kane.
