BLANDINGS, filmed at Crom Castle will return to our television screens on Sunday February 16.
The second series was filmed back in October and follows up on the successful first season, which drew regular audiences of six million.
Based on the stories of British comic writer PG Wodehouse, the comedy drama returns with seven episodes which will be shown each Sunday at the same time of 6.30pm.
After mixed reviews for the first season Manager at Crom Noel Johnston hopes the new series with the new director Mandie Fletcher will move the show forward.
“It will be interesting to see how things pan out this time. I thought the first series was a bit slapstick, but I did enjoy it.
“I think it is English humour and I think you really have to read the books to understand it.
“It was up there in terms of ratings with six million people and I think our new director will only serve to grow the show.
“Mandie was involved in Only Fools and Horses and nobody liked it at the start and now look at the following it has.”
Season two of Blandings will premiere on BBC One on Sunday February 16 at 6.30pm.
