Mario is set for the Bush Bar
THE only way is The Bush Bar for fans of MTV’s The Only Way is Essex, this week, with the reality TV show’s Mario, pictured, set to make an appearance.
“Throughout the year we’ve been doing everything from UV nights, to seasonal theme nights – and we’ve Mario coming and staying in the Westville,” explained manager Patrick McCanny.
Several months ago Made in Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews made an appearance at the bar, and the success of that is something that Patrick feels is important to capitalise on.
“The reaction from Spencer was great. It raised the profile of the bar and numbershave consistently got higher since then.
“I think it’s good to give something back to the customer base and something more than they’ve bargained for.”
Geordie Shore’s ‘Gaz’ was due to come to the Bush on that date, however, due to filming has rescheduled for November.
