A DERRYLIN man is set to contest a number of charges including arson which relates to the alleged torching of 35 round grass bales.
John Paul McCauley is further accused of assaulting a man and woman as well as threatening to destroy farm sheds.
While no details of the offending were disclosed the incident is alleged to have occurred on June 14.
A defence barrister entered not guilty pleas to all charges on the defendant’s behalf at Enniskillen Magistrates Court the charges could be connected.
District Judge Alana McSorley remanded McCauley on continuing bail to attend for a contested hearing on September 16.
