Hit-and-run incident with excess alcohol

THE driver in an alleged hit-and-run incident last month is also charged with consuming excess alcohol.
Conor McHugh (37) from Mantlin Road, Kesh is accused of failing to stop and remain at the scene of an accident in which injury was caused and failing to report this to police.
Offending is alleged to have occurred Pettigo Road, Kesh on June 4.
Deputy District Judge Philip Mateer remanded McHugh on continuing bail to return to court on July 17.
