TWO Enniskillen men have appeared in court in relation to an alleged public order incident last year.
David Elliott (43) from Breadrum Park and Ryan Masterson (30) from Cornagrade Road are jointly charged with using disorderly behaviour in the Drumgay Close area of Enniskillen on November 18 2023.
No details surrounding the circumstances of the alleged incident were disclosed during the short hearing at Enniskillen Magistrates Court where defence layers for both men requested and adjournment for legal consultations.
Deputy District Judge Philip Mateer agreed and listed the cases for mention on July 17.
